Provision or vision?

*PROVISION!*
If I can’t just have 30billion in my account, my problem is solved!
*A man of vision is better than a visionless man of wealth*
Looking at the young ones of nowadays, many of what we run after is wealth. Money, money, money is our song almost every time. Just that 30billion to be set in our account is our dream because you have to be a nigga or a big girl; you have to get a ride-not a motor, buy a confirm house in Banana Island; get as many bae/baby mama or boo around you and most of all live a good life.
 If you are in this shoe, I have come to show you something you need to know. It is one of eye-opening principles I think will be better you know.
 All of those you listed out there need *provisions* to accomplish them. Am I right?
What then is provision? Breaking the word says “pro” and “vision” and if I can still remember, “pro” means *“after”*. *in other words for a better understanding, provision simply means after-vision*
So what qualifies you to get that money or provision you need to accomplish those things are simply *visions!*. According to the word provision, it simply says that you get a vision first!
The thing is; whatever you run after matter most.
If all your goals are money first, then you will continue to pursue it all the rest of your life because even money (provision) says run after vision first. When vision comes first, then the provision will follow-which immediately, or over sometimes but you will surely get the provison needed to accomplish that your vision. Just make sure get a working vision first bro. I mean a life changing vision. That’s the first step my dear. Even the bible says that “…and the young ones shall see vision…”

can't you see?

*Can’t you see?*
 Ha! See that bosomy lady complimented by a big ass passing by. In fact, I can’t just resist this.
So you walk up to her to paint the picture you are good at doing. At least just for her body parts that attract you; you can never be shy for this.
Fortunately for you, she is a slay mama with four boyfriends which she calls “play boy1, 2, 3, 4”. But they are not enough because she needs more money. So she smiles at you because she sees in you a potential giver and then gives you a try after some few days. So the game begins!
 *GAME OVER!* she is now pregnant and she believes it’s for you because you are the last person that intrude but this time, she is not ready to abort anymore. So you both are potential parent of a baby. Because of this, you guys have to become full time couples.
A couple with:
No loving relationship let alone courtship-“divorce or loveless relationship on the way”
No genotype check-“possible SS genotype on the way”
No proper preparation for a family life-“hardly two square meals on the way”
No good example for the children-“bad upbringing on the way”
Little or no education-“regret on the way”
No shared value-“boring marriage on the way”
And the most painful part is that it is very rampant and it’s gradually becoming generally acceptable. It’s now the normal. Imagine! Abnormal turned normal. Who then will help?
But wait! Can’t you see?
The society is turning upside down. A lot of broken homes; A lot of displaced children; cultist everywhere; graduates of betnaija, yahoo, lottery; and a lot of evils around.
I know if you will look around you, you can count more than two victims of this.
So do you wish this continue?
If you want it stopped, then it should begin with you. *If you can, one day it will all stop!*

*WHY NOT ME?*
This question keeps popping up each time things we expect do not happen.
You went for an interview and to the best of your knowledge you were the most qualified to get the job but alas! You were not employed. Then you ask *why not me?*
    You are beautiful, classy, endowed, a lady who “every guy wants to die for”. But suddenly a rich handsome and good looking man comes out of nowhere and marry the supposed “most ugly” not too classy, not so endowed lady in your neighborhood. Then you ask again, *WHY NOT ME?*
    Sometimes being the most qualified does not get you the job not because you’re being witch hunted, but because the supposedly “less qualified” candidate has something or knows something that you don’t know and cannot learn in the walls of an academic institution - That thing is called *EXPERIENCE.*
Being the most beautiful but unmarried may not be because you are being followed by some “witches” in your village. It could be because of something that the supposed “ugly” lady in your neighborhood that recently got married has that you don’t have - That thing is called a *GOOD CHARACTER.*
So the next time you’re in a situation like this, before you ask why not me, ask do I have the experience or a good character?

Value in the real sense

*What value really means!*
*What caused the difference?* what is keeping you to stay with someone is the same thing that is keeping your friend away. Why you liked him is the same reason that made her dislike him. When your entire goal is to get the money at all cost, your friend’s goal is to spend his money on that thing he does for free. The answers are all connected to our values!
After a lot of wonderful conversations with different people at every second, minutes and hours of my life, most of my concluding aspects are always falling back on the word VALUE. Sometimes I may not use the word directly but in the real sense, I am actually saying value but trying to use the word that suit the context of our conversation-sometimes I use standard, drive, mentality etc. which finds their way related to value. And many at times, I am always asked the question that what does value really means? Because I proved to them that material things and money in most times are not values. So their next question after accepting my proofs are always what then is VALUE? But most of the times, I couldn’t give them an understandable meaning of value. I do know it but finds it uneasy to explain. But now, I am taking the bold step to bring it out with this little!
                         *“Value can be anything. Anyone-even the ritualist-can have values. But values aligned and empowered                
                       by your conscience is of a better value”*
Everyone's concept of value is based on experiences and knowledge
To me, value is simply anything that is very important to you and at the same time affects your choice of action!
*What did you value?* Money first or purpose; love first or sex; grade first or knowledge; servant leader or boss; competition or combined success etc.
Wonderfully said by Charles Alinna that *"You'll value life more if you survived a near death experience either from a ghastly accident or heart attack. You'll value life less if you've witnessed many deaths either as a soldier or a serial killer. You'll value time more as a student if you're denied writing an exam due to lateness. It cuts across various spheres of life"*
If you can’t remember all the messages we have been passing across all these while at TUMI, please don’t forget to put this in mind. Always ask that “what is the value in this choice I am making. Does it worth it?”! A man of great value is far better than a man of riches with less value! *And great values are approved by your conscience.

Is schooling for everybody?

*SCHOOLING IS NOT FOR EVERYBODY!*

*“Mr. Lecturer! With all your qualifications, your life time salary is what a dropout footballer gets for just few days. Shai! ”*
*“Daniel! I heard that Michael has now been given admission to TUMI University and you are older than him but you still haven’t gained admission for over 5years now. Did he have two heads? You better use your head and go for special centres! Shai! ”*
*SCHOOLING IS NOT FOR EVERYBODY. IT IS ONLY EDUCATION THAT SHOULD BE!*
But what’s the difference between schooling and education?
SCHOOLING simply teaches the methods but EDUCATION always asks for the principle first!
SCHOOLING ask and shows how only but EDUCATION ask and shows how, why, and why the how!
Schooling says 1+1=2 or 10 and that’s all but education will explain why!
Teach me the principle first, then the method!
Education is not only a *money making machine* that makes you earn a fat salary. It is simply socializing by replacing an empty mind with an open mind. An open mind to Live, Love, Learn and Leave a legacy!
Education should teach you how to make money to live well; how to love everybody; how to learn anywhere every time from anything or anyone; and how to leave a legacy by your way of life. So can all these be thought in the four corners of a school in just few years?
*“EDUCATION IS TOO FLEXIBLE AND CANNOT BE BOXED-UP IN THE CURRICULUM OF AN INSTITUTION”* because even as wide as Google is, it’s just the rudder in the ship of education!
Sometimes ago, i ask some of my colleague at the university if they read to pass or to understand. Fortunately unfortunately, most of the answers gave an impression that they had no choice but to read to pass- Even the overall best student did that also! What!
*Our education system is teaching us to replace our empty mind with a fixed mind filled with emptiness!*
If that is what they can offer us, then let’s stand up! Do it yourself. Always go for the principle first and not the method! Always ask why! Don’t just stop at knowing how, always ask why the how!
You are educated only when you live well, love, learn and leave a legacy!
Will you rather get educated? Or better still, will you start getting a good education?
