Attention!
Everybody needs the attention of one person or the other. The day i know that each of us are unique in our own way, i stop judging people too easily. The fact is that we human tend to think we know a person so much inwhich may not be true. Even the creator have to search the heart of a man before judging him which makes Him the greatest judge.
Nobody is bad, they are just doing their best with what they know. Maybe just a little attention will bring out their uniqueness. Even the mad man on the street still have his good sides.
 Just give a deep more attention and observation. The children of nowadays needs more of our attention as a parent or guardian. I don't mean restriction as many parents do. Let them have confidence in you whenever anything bothers them. With this, you become their friend and you begin to know them.
 Likewise our employee, mentee, follower needs our attention too. If you Will give them a little more attention, you will discover they are more than what they show as their personality.
 I am not disputing the fact that people have their bad side or better put their weak points. You should try and understand them and also help them in your own capacity after all nobody is perfect. Just try this and see the ideas embedded in that person.
 You want to divorce? Try to give your partner more attention in love for just few months and you will discover that "garden of eden" in him/her that is far better than the bad side.
If you really want the best out of people, give them more attention.
