How are we going to improve and move forward when we do not have qualified tutors in our schools. I always hear people saying youths and children of today are the leaders of tomorrow but the question that always come to my mind is how the youths and children are going to be taught in order to make them what we want them to become tomorrow.
  It's very sadden to see how those who are meant to be genius are lagging behind due to inadequate facilities in our schools and those who are average students now becomes dullards which makes our leaders of tomorrow not capable and competent enough to take the task that will help the coming generations.
 How are we going to build a nation that will produce successful youths that will transmit their success and knowledge to the generation yet unborn?
There are many things to put up in accomplishing this mission and this can be done and carried out by each youth as an individual who is determine to become successful person and not a failure.
 Our leaders of tomorrow must learn to discover and believe in their ability and not in reliance on others. They must be ready to work hard in order to achieve success and not sitting at home expecting success to come to them. Let our parents together with the youths help our young ones out also.
An adage in Yoruba says that " A pot that will taste sweetness must pass through fire" which means youths who want to become successful must work hard so as to transfer it to the coming generation because it takes hard work to soar high.
   There are some certain measures that discredit a person from becoming a competent leader of tomorrow which includes: cheating, gambling and malpractices and this act of dishonesty can bring about:
* discredit in the institution and your certificate
* demeans your intellectual integrity
* promote mediocrity
* cheapen scholarship
* makes you a thief and a cheat
* impedes the intellectual progress of the nation
* can permanently terminate your career
Since the solution of this generation is a child, let us train up our children the way they should grow so that when they grow, they will not depart from it.
Try to work hard to witness the sweetness of hard work
