We have one way or the other get angry which had led to speaking one or all of the words above.
Getting angry is normal, but uncontrolled anger is the very abnormal part of anger. What you wouldn’t do or say normally can be done when you get angry and that is most reason we need to control it.
I have notice that people actually involve in a fight or an argument just to impress people around or to prove their points. Then I ask: Do you think you'll impress them?
Even if you eventually prove your point or impress, just take a look at what you've sacrificed to achieve that.Why do you choose to start a fight or an argument that cause a loss of life, relationship, joy or even affect emotions when you can just use a third alternative that will give a win-win to you both.
Uncontrolled anger display a person who is yet to take control of his own life. His choice are still base on what happens around him-he is not yet delibrate in his doings.
YES! I understand that people can be dubious, ungrateful and camelous but do good still.
They can be frustrating but be friendly still. Why throw a cold-shoulder?
They can push you to the wall but meek still. Why cut the hands when you can take it off?
The only group or environment fighting gives respect and rank is in the ghetto- among the gang stars.
You only express your voice when you install the win-win third alternative approach to automatic start in your subconscious.
Steven Covey says in book 'the 8th habit..' that the best way to give feedback in a private circumstance is to discribe yourself, not the person. Describe your feelings, concern, and perception of what is happening rather than accusing, judging and labeling the person.
Proverb15:1 says
'A gentle response defuses anger, but a sharp tongue kindles a temper-fire.'
